Es ist wieder einmal Zeit für ein kleineres Update aus Vorarlberg. Die Tage hier vergehen im Flug in paar Tagen Woche geht es schon wieder über den Atlantik nach Neufundland. Doch wir haben seit meinem letzten Eintrag einiges unternommen: Wir haben auf einer Party im alten Rupp Käsle Areal Silvester gefeiert und waren 2 Tage in Innsbruck, wo wir uns von Klaus' Familie zu einer Rodelpartie mit anschliessendem Raclette-Essen eingeladen waren. Zudem standen noch zwei Skitage auf dem Program - unter anderem mit Ebi und Geli in Lech-Zürs - Laura hat dabei erfolgreich den Weissen Ring, d.h. die Umrundung des Skigebiets, bezwungen und fährt mittlerweile auch rote Skirouten... Kurzum, es geht uns gut, wir geniessen die Zeit hier, auch wenn sie zu schnell vergeht... It's time for another small update from Vorarlberg. The days here are flying by quickly and in a few days it is time to head back across the Atlantic to Newfoundland. But we've done a lot of activities since my last post: we celebrated New Year's Eve at party in an old cheese factory and spent 2 days in Innsbruck, where Klaus' family invited us to a Rodel-trip (the original, low-tech version of luge, see pictures) followed by raclette dinner. In addition, we got in another couple of ski days, including in Lech-Zürs (278 km of ski runs) with Ebi and Geli. Laura successfully completed the White Ring (a circle around 3 mountains) there and is continuously improving her skills. So as you can tell, we are having a good time here in Austria...
